Conferences, Meetings and Training Sessions
Manor Hill House offers high quality conference and meeting room facilities. Situated in a rural setting it presents a tranquil and very private setting for sales meetings, small conferences or training sessions and is less than 10 minutes from J5 of the M5 at the heart of the national motorway network.
The two conference rooms both with their own dedicated break out areas adjoining where refreshments are served are light and bright and open out on to extensive terracing. They can be booked to be used individually or in conjunction with each other.
All rooms are fitted out with quality conference tables and chairs and have access to free Wi-Fi. For the breakout times there are comfortable easy chairs to relax in.
There is ample free parking.
When accommodation is required guests may take advantage of the 5 luxury en suite bedrooms at Manor Hill House. If additional bedrooms are required there are over 150 to be found at local hotels/motels within a 2 mile radius of the property.
Day delegates are offered unlimited teas, coffees and soft drinks with homemade biscuits, a finger buffet lunch selection and homemade cake.

For the hire of a Conference Room with adjoining break out area:

In addition to the room hire there will be a delegate charge to cover refreshments of £12.50.
Both rooms have a flip chart and screen provided at no cost. A projector can be made available at £25/day.

Boardroom or Conference Style
A rectangular grouping of conference tables set with chairs around all sides.
U-Shape
A series of conference tables set in the shape of the letter U, with chairs around the outside.
Theatre Style
Chairs set in rows facing a head table or speaker with no conference table.
This is the most efficient set-up when the attendees will act as an audience. This set-up is not recommended for food events or if note taking is required.
This is a very flexible room set-up. Rows can be circular, semi-circular, straight, or angled toward the focal point.
Classroom Style
Rows of conference tables with chairs facing the front of a room (and usually a speaker), providing writing space for each person.
Banquet Rounds
A group of round tables, each seating 6-10 people usually, set to facilitate serving food,
Reception or Cocktail
Great for cocktail parties and receptions.
