Manor Hill House is available for private hire on an ‘exclusive to you’ basis to include the use of the four main adjoining reception rooms and the gardens. The reception rooms offer great flexibility of use and guests can circulate through them and out onto the spacious terraces and the large lawns.
The property is available at a limited Special Offer 2012 rate of just £700 plus an additional charge of £20 per guest. A minimum total charge of £1,500 applies on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in the peak season from April to October inclusive and also on Bank Holidays.
- 40 guests £700 + 40 @ £20.00 = £1,500
- 50 guests £700 + 50 @ £20.00 = £1,700
- 60 guests £700 + 60 @ £20.00 = £1,900
- 70 guests £700 + 70 @ £20.00 = £2,100
On other days ‘Off Peak’ hire charges are from £1,000 – which is £500 plus £12.50 each for 40 guests.

- 50 guests £500 + 50 @ £12.50 = £1,125
- 60 guests £500 + 60 @ £12.50 = £1,250
- 70 guests £500 + 70 @ £12.50 = £1,375

The Drawing Room can comfortably seat 60 guests and the adjoining Summer Room can seat 40 guests. It may be necessary to erect a marquee in the garden adjoining the reception rooms if the number of guests for a sit down meal exceeds 70. The marquee must be from an approved supplier and the cost is the responsibility of the person hiring the venue.
For each additional guest in the evening there is a charge of £10 per head. If the total number present in the evening exceeds 100 guests then a marquee will almost certainly be needed as the reception rooms would not have sufficient space for a dance floor.
The latest time for carriages is midnight and guests may be invited for any time after 11.00 am.
In all cases where total numbers exceed 120 it will be necessary to hire toilet facilities from an approved supplier.
Off peak dates are Monday to Thursday from April to October or any day November to March with Bank Holidays etc. excluded.
