By Car

From M5 Junction 5 (Wychbold) take the A38 north towards Bromsgrove. Turn left at the Swan Inn (shortly after Webbs Garden Centre) into Swan Lane. Proceed through the village of Upton Warren and over the motorway bridge. Continue for a country mile. Manor Hill House is on the right as you approach the ‘T’ junction at the far end of Swan Lane.

From Bromsgrove take the A38 south towards Droitwich Spa, turn right at the Swan Inn and proceed along Swan Lane as above.

By Train

There are train stations at both Bromsgrove (4 miles) and Droitwich Spa (4 miles).
