Wedding, Events & Marketing Co-Ordinator

As Weddings, Events and Marketing Coordinator you will have overall responsibility for organising and running of events including marketing activity at Manor Hill House. This will include liaising with booked couples obtaining their wedding details and organising the running of their day, hosting wedding days, overseeing social media channels, updating as and when required and working with suppliers confirming details

The post is for 42 hours per week [inclusive of paid lunch break and considerable flexibility as to when these are worked] but due to the nature of the business there is the need for some of these hours to be during evenings and weekend days.

You need to have excellent communication skills, be a good team player and have a passion for weddings and events. Experience within hospitality is essential. Your most important quality is to always be able to deliver service with a smile and put the customer first in everything that you do – creating a customer focussed approach within the business. Own transport is required.
